So how does this work?

Party On Tap is what people call a dry hire bar. Basically, you purchase the alcohol and we take care of the rest. We show up with our tap trailer, tap attendants,, ice, tools, and everything else needed to keep the drinks flowing. We handle the heavy lifting with setup and cleanup while you focus on having a blast.

Do you bring the alcohol?

No. Local laws in NJ and PA mean we can't sell the spirits directly. You're the host, so you'll supply the drinks. But don't worry—we’re here to help you figure out exactly how much to buy and can point you toward the best local shops. 

Where do you travel to?

We love traveling around South Jersey, Central New Jersey, and Bucks County, PA. If you're a bit further out, just ask. We might be able to make the trip for a small extra travel fee.

Are you covered?

Yes. Party On Tap is fully insured with general liability. If your venue needs a copy of our paperwork, just let us know and we’ll get it over to you. For backyard bashes, it’s always a smart move for you to snag some event insurance too.

How many people can you serve?

 It’s perfect for small backyard hangouts or big celebrations. We usually host 25–150 guests comfortably. Got a massive crowd? We can add extra staff or time to make sure nobody stays thirsty.

How much should I buy?

We won't leave you guessing. Once you book, we’ll give you a simple guide on what to grab based on how many people are coming, how long the party lasts, and what kind of drinks you want to serve.

What about non drinkers?

We  have fun extras like a Dirty Soda Bar, fancy mock-tails, or even special soda parties just for the kids.

Do you need a plug?

No

When should we book?

Prime dates like Saturdays in the summer and fall go fast. To be safe, try to reach out 3–6 months ahead for weddings or 1–3 months ahead for parties. If your event is right around the corner, give us a shout anyway—we might have a lucky opening.

How do I grab a date?

To lock us in for your big day, we just need a signed agreement and a deposit. Once those two things are in, the date is all yours.
